Arrival time
To maximise your experience we ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment so you can unwind and we can start your treatment consult on time. If you are running late we ask that you please let us know via text message or phone call.
Your consultation
A professional consultation is included within the total appointment time to ensure we understand your needs and any concerns prior to beginning your treatment.
Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking (after all life gets busy!) – we kindly request 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer your time slot to another client.
We will send appointment reminders via text message 2 days in advance of your appointment date and try our absolute best to confirm your appointment times.
Returns policy
All of our retail products are provided by an authentic Australian supplier. We have a high turn over in products on our shelves so the expiry date is well ahead. We will prescribe a product that is most suitable to your skin type and needs.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
